Oh well! I'll just have a new favorite!

I did get the chance to finally put this LO together this morning. I used one of the weekly sketches over at Simply Scrapping Crafts. This was their July Week 1 sketch. I had selected the picture and paper the week the sketch was first posted...but then it all sat on my desk gathering a bit of dust! But this morning I had the time and energy to get some crafting done! You'd have to know the guys in this picture to understand just how funny yet EXPECTED this is! Ok...I'm off to work on some other projects...gotta kill some time before the hubby and kiddo get home from Indiana!

Supplies: paper - basic grey origins, cricut - lyrical letters, walk in my garden; pearls - queen&co; brads - making memories; Rock Candy stickles, Rock Candy crackle paint, Distress Ink in Walnut Stain; Glimmer Mist - pearl

Had some time this morning and created this card for the Farm Fresh Friday (Mary sketch) challenge! it's a neat little sketch...had me scratching my head here and there for a bit! I used Summer from the Roll Call set...another set that I've had sitting around my scrap room unopened...but not anymore! It can be very disheartening to sit in one's scrap room surrounded by things that have just been SITTING THERE! Each little stamp set is like HEY...come play with me! LOL! Anywho...now that I've got this card done...time for me to get on the road...headed to visit my mom for the weekend! I'm looking forward to a slight change of scenery! Have a fantastic weekend!

hullo luv! it's the middle of the night/early morning...and I'm excited to share this LO with you! I created this for this weeks Shoe Fashionista Friday challenge #41! This weeks theme ( I should say month...more on that later) is VACATION! I took this pic of my mom and my daughter at the beach at Isle of Palms South Carolina just a few weeks ago! It was our "annual" family get together and it was fabulousness!

This weeks/months challenge at the Shoe will run until August 5th! Plenty of opportunity to join in on the fun! Our Shoe DT is in such craziness right now! Two members are trying to get moved into new homes (and one has moved from the great crazy north to the laid back south!), myself and another are on ridonkulous work schedules...we are giving ourselves the month of July to "recover" and get ready for a fantastic rest of the year! So you have a few weeks...take a moment and check out the FF#41 challenge and have some fun! Smoochies!

Supplies: paper - My Minds Eye, Flowers - prima, title and circle - Cricut, Rock Candy crackle paint, Glossy Accents, pearls and corrugated cardboard unknown

This card is for the Saturday sketch#25 at Club Anya. I used Oliver from the Oliver and Amelia Buddies set. I bought this set awhile ago and just today opened it up! I couldn't decide what to do with the sketch and what papers to use (it's official...I honestly have too many papers to choose from! makes it way too difficult to decide anything!). These particular DPs are from the Basic Grey Max and Whiskers line. I have a severe shortage of any "masculine" cards...so here is masculine card #1 for my collection! LOL!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend! Hopefully you all are as lucky as I am and have tomorrow off too!
